13 Helsinki St.

In a green, broad street in the New North of Tel Aviv, the new 13 Helsinki Street project offers a different living experience within a quiet and illuminated “green lung” – and only a short distance away from the city’s hot spots. Apartments in this project overlook the open street and the green Wine-Press Garden, situated nearby.

The building faces the Wine-Press Garden – a green archaeological gem

An open view and a sense of space

Thanks to the project’s unique location, its apartments offer an open front.
The front-facing apartment face the broad street and provide a sense of space, whereas the back-facing apartments offer the wonderful sights of the Wine-Press Garden.
The Garden features playground equipment for children, with the archaeological findings located between them.

The Heart of Tel Aviv

The project is located adjacent to Kikar Hamedina, one of the focal points of boutique shops and prominent cafes in Tel Aviv. In close proximity are the Tel Aviv Museum, the Chamber Theater, and Ibn Gabirol Street – allowing residents to enjoy all the advantages of living in the vibrant Tel Aviv area, rich in cultural and recreational institutions.

Green and Peaceful Environment

The apartments in the Helsinki 13 project overlook the Gath Garden: a hidden gem in the heart of the new northern district. The garden features a well-preserved Gath from the Hellenistic period and is surrounded by lush and pleasant vegetation, making it a delightful spot for gatherings, walks, or relaxation. Nearby streets host numerous public gardens, dog parks, and manicured lawns.

Carefully Planned Apartments

In order to create a meticulous and pleasant living experience, the apartments in the project were carefully planned with consideration for abundant natural light and a refreshing airflow. The spacious apartments open onto the pleasant street and enjoy private underground parking.

Something Else…

While Helsinki Street is located in the sunny and green Tel Aviv, its name actually comes from the snowy Helsinki in Finland. The street is named after a significant Zionist congress held in 1906, emphasizing the connection between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel.
