The project included reinforcement of the structure against earthquakes, the addition of 2 apartments on the fourth floor and a unique penthouse apartment on the fifth floor. The owners’ apartments were expanded and had sunrooms added to them. The planning of the building included dividing it into two wings and adding 2 elevators that lead directly into the apartments.
