The company’s control holders are Eng. Yosef Melamed, owner of the construction company Ram Engineering, real estate entrepreneur Yigal Mograbi, who has been operating in Tel Aviv for more than 40 years, and Eng. Eddie Arditi, one of the controlling owners of Neocity and NAIRDA, which operate abroad. The three benefit from a great body of knowledge and experience and high financial robustness.
In 2022, the Menora Mivtachim group invested in the company.

Its operations are characterized by punctual management and use of advanced technologies, and it even takes part in the light rail works.
