“The project included renovation of this majestic building, which demonstrates the atmosphere of 1930s Tel Aviv. The building is characterized by a great deal of decorativeness, high ceilings and painted floors, and exudes a feeling that is both European and oriental, at the same time. It integrates with the street whilst simultaneously generating a sense of a distant, far-away world.
