A sense of privacy in the Heart of Tel Aviv

Living in a peaceful street in the Heart of Tel Aviv, close to Rothschild Boulevard, Habima Theatre and Heichal HaTarbut, is suitable for those who aren’t willing to give up a quiet living environment nor the hubbub of the city, which is just around the corner and offers a whole world to experience.

“UNESCO’s declaration

Due to the highest concentration in the world of buildings in the International Style in this area,
UNESCO declared it an architectural world heritage site.
The combination between buildings constructed in the 1930s
and the idea of a “garden city” created a unique urban fabric, which the municipality labors to
maintain its character – among other things, by restricting building rights in the area.

Meticulously planned apartments

The building was planned by Maoz Price Architects and includes 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom
apartments, spacious apartments in the high floors and a penthouse apartment
spanning the entire top floor, with a large balcony.
All apartments are characterized by meticulous planning, an excellent specification and a conventional parking
space in an underground parking lot – for maximum convenience.

Bilu,

initials for “Beit Ya’akov Lekhu Unelkha” (”House of Jacob, Let us Go”), was a student movement
established in Russia, which argued that the Jewish people should immigrate to the land of Israel.
Their vision and their passion were, and remain, emblematic of the way of those who built this country.
The street was the former residence of intellectuals and cultural icons, such as the author Yoram Kaniuk,
Cameri Theatre actress Miriam Bernstein-Cohen. Habima Theatre actor Nissim
Azikri and others.”
