Living near the beach and Yarkon Park is suitable for those who aren’t willing to give up a quiet living environment nor the hubbub of the city, which is just around the corner and offers a whole world to experience. The building includes 10 apartments and overlooks the wonderful Yehezkel Garden (or “Gimpel Garden” as it is officially known).
The Old North was planned by Sir Patrick Geddes as part of Tel Aviv’s first urban building scheme – where it was planned as a garden city – and the principles thereof still dictate the form of building in this area, making it one of a kind. In this area, you will find trendy cafés, excellent restaurants and unique boutique stores. The immediate proximity to Yarkon Park and the beach will provide you with two splendid backdrops for morning/evening walks.
The building was planned by Rubin Architects and will include only 10 apartments.
The ground floor holds a single garden apartment with a private garden, floors 1-3 hold two apartments per floor and floors 4-5 hold one apartment per floor. The sixth floor holds a single penthouse apartment with spacious balconies. All apartments have a conventional parking space in an underground parking lot – for maximum convenience.
The building was planned in such way that all its apartments offer at least 3 exposures and generous openings, so you can enjoy the view of the garden, and in order to maximize natural light and air in the apartments.
You can grow your own vegetables in the Yehezkel Garden.
