and in particular – the use of its height, which was utilized to intensify the sense of space in the apartments and to emphasize the main entrance to the buildings.

The design treats every facade as a side of a smart box, and the clean geometry incorporates warm materials that correspond with the street, connecting the building to the old neighborhood.”
